Specialty: Micrometeorology, plant-atmosphere interactions
My expertise lies in the fields of agro-meteorology, atmospheric chemistry and air-pollution. The main focus of my research is in the continuum soil-plant-atmosphere with emphasis on plant-atmosphere gas exchange, including water, carbon di-oxide, ozone and volatile organic species. A major interest is the interaction between natural processes and air pollution. My research mostly relies on eddy-covariance, gas concentrations and meteorological parameters field measurements, and atmospheric modelling.
