Specialty: Plant hormones, Molecular Biology
The main focus of my research is hormones in plant development and response to environmental stresses. My group investigates gibberellin (GA) signaling and responses in Arabidopsis and tomato. We study the GA receptors GID1 and the GA signaling suppressors DELLA and SPINDLY. We also study the role of GA in plant adaptation to drought and salinity.
