Aims - Monitoring

  1. haracterize the spectrum of plant reactions and the plant-environment mutual relations, under dynamical environments
  2. Learn and choose the type of sensors, their number and spatial location
  3. Examine the relation between continuous and non-continuous measurements
  4. Determine an elementary representative time period for non-continuous measurements
  5. Calibrate a flow and convection model with the aid of the sensor measurements
  6. Build tools for optimizing the input application
  7. Build a decision making system for input application to the root zone
  8. Develop new tools for measuring parameters for which no measurement methods exist at present.
